I’ll show you how to take back control of your life and your emotional wellbeing
This one simple tool will allow you to
stop worrying about what the next crisis will be
stop losing your patience when interacting with an aging parent
stop resenting your parent and then feeling guilty for resenting them
This can be a challenging time in your life if you’re not aware of where to focus your time and energy. I’ll show you how to change the way you experience daily life with an aging parent in a way that’s filled with more ease than angst.

Round Table Discussion: The ‘D-Word’, How and When to Get Them to Stop Driving (Evening)
Giving up driving is the issue that we all dread and causes the most stress in the adult child/parent relationship. This is a tough one.
There’s no easy way to do it and there are so many questions…
How do you know when it’s time?
How do you convince them?
How will they manage without driving?

Virtual Roundtable Discussion

About Me..
I’m Mary Remmes and I help women caring for their aging parents find relief from the pressure of needing to do enough and do it right.
I help adult daughters, just like you, figure out how to care for their Mom’s in a way that honors them, all while enjoying this phase of their own life with grandkids, traveling and living your own life.
With 10+ years in nursing home administration and certification from The Life Coach School, I have taught so many women experiencing caring for their Moms, to heal shame, guilt and become more mindful during one of the most intense relationships in their lives.

Round Table Discussion: Harmony in the Family Ecosystem (Evening)
It’s rare that siblings agree on everything that comes up in the care and keeping of aging parents. Is there a way to fairly distribute the responsibilities? Maybe.
How is it that families seem to handle this so well and others are diminished arguing and ultimately destroying relationships?
Is there a way to convince others to help more or at least see the reality of what’s happening?
These are questions that come up every day and can be the source of great stress.

Round Table Discussion: Keeping Aging Parents Safe (Evening)
Are you laying awake at night worrying about how to keep your aging parent safe or, at a minimum, get them to consider your suggestions to improve their life?
I’m pulling together a small group of women to have a conversation about this very thing.
This will be a virtual space for us share our experiences, better understand why this is such a common dilemma & not feel so alone in the experience.
I envision this being an intimate conversation where 6 people have time to share and contribute ideas.
As a consumer I’ve been invited to webinars & online events that evolve into a product pitch. It’s important to me that you know, that’s not what’s happening here.
There are no strings attached & no selling with this discussion.
Simple sharing and learning, I promise.
